World water shortage statistics

1) 97.5% of worldwide water reserves in salt water. From the rest 70% is compromized by glasiers.

2) In 1950 for every person on the planet 16,800 Cubic Metres of water, were accounted to. In 2000 the figure was 7,800, and in 2025 it would be 4,800.

3) 1,5 billion people live in countries with serius water shortage problems. In 2025 the figure will double.

4) The countries with the most water reserves are: Greenland, Iceland, French Guinea, and Surinam

5) The countries with the least water reserves are: United Arabic Emirates, Kuweit, Jordan, Seychelles, and Gaza strip.
